- How much does Shield Security cost?
- Shield Security is listed at 199/month, or 1,990/year with two months free. It is temporarily unavailable to buy while we finish provisioning it, and checkout will refuse it rather than charge you for access we cannot switch on.
- Do I pay extra for each team member?
- No. There are no per-seat fees on any plan. Your whole team is included and adding a colleague never changes your bill.
- Can I buy Shield Security without the rest of the platform?
- Yes. Every product is sold on its own and unlocks straight after checkout. You can add more products later, and switch to a bundle at the point where the bundle becomes cheaper than the products you hold.
- Is the AI usage included in the price?
- Yes. The AI features in Shield Security are light enough to be covered by the plan price — there is no separate usage bill and no provider key to connect. The heavier AI products, Nexus AI OS and Digital Marketing OS, work differently: there you bring your own provider key.
- Can I cancel whenever I want?
- Yes. Billing is self-serve — upgrade, downgrade or cancel yourself from the billing portal at any time. Cancelling ends access at the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no notice period and no retention call.
- Who can I talk to before deciding?
